Please read the following terms:

1. Warranty One-month warranty from the repair date against manufacturing defects. Not covered:
   • Software failures
   • Misuse, drops, breakage, or liquid damage
   • Repair attempts by another shop
   • Removal of the warranty sticker from the device
2. Data and apps The shop is not responsible for data or applications on the device unless the customer specifically notifies us.
3. Pre-existing damage The shop is not responsible for devices previously exposed to liquids or severe impact; prior damage may only appear during the repair process.
4. Unclaimed devices
   • The shop is not responsible for the device after three months from the receipt date.
   • Devices are disposed of after 12 months from the receipt date in line with safety standards.
